The International Patients Department of the West Nilan Hospital is dedicated to provide full support to our international patients and facilitate the process of receiving healthcare/medical treatment in our hospital by providing 24/7 services through our team of IPD experts. The IPD team will also facilitate the admission/discharge process to ensure that all international patients are taken care of with priority.
Among other supports, the IPD team provides the following services to our international patients:
• Interpreter service
• Transportation service
• Visa service
From the moment of arrival, patients are received at the International Relations Unit, where their passport is presented and processed by the department’s staff. Depending on the patient’s condition and in coordination with the IPD physician, a medical record is promptly created for the relevant department, and the necessary treatment procedures are initiated without delay.
